AssistAnt 24/7 (assistant247.net) is a free directory of local home-service businesses run by ASSISTANT 247 LLC. This policy says what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
Business listing facts (name, trade, town, the business phone and website). When you claim a listing, write a review or sign up: your name if you give it, your email if you give it, the phone number you use to confirm it is you, and the answers you choose to put on your page. We keep a short record of each code or link we send and of each SMS consent you give (the date, the page, the consent wording, and the number), so we can prove you asked.
How we use it
To run the directory and your listing: confirm that a review or a claim is really from you, send the one-time codes and links you ask for, send account messages about your listing, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our claim form, AssistAnt 24/7 texts you one-time claim and sign-in links and account messages about your listing. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of using AssistAnt.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the carrier and messaging provider that deliver the texts you asked for.
Who else sees it
The public sees what is on a listing page and on published reviews (a reviewer's first name only, never their phone number). Service providers who host the site, send email and deliver texts and calls process data for us only to do that work. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to have your listing corrected or removed.
